Description:
Tbilisi is a city with a rich history – something similar to the two-faced Janus, which one face looks to the west and the other to the east. During our tour we will walk through the narrow streets of the city, looking into the original Tbilisi courtyards, get acquainted with the traditions and legends of the city.
What's included in the tour:
Hiking tour of the historical part of the city (theater Gabriadze, the church of Anchiskhati VI century. - the oldest building of the city, climbing the cable car to the fortress of Narikala, visiting Abanotubani - business card of the city, the bridge of peace, fig gorge and many other interesting places). Ascent to Mtatsminda mountain, on the way we will make a stop in the pantheon, where the grave of the famous Russian writer and public figure Griboyedov is located.
We will walk along Rustaveli Avenue, which houses a large number of cultural and architectural attractions of the city. We will visit the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity and the Church of Metekhi in Avlabar.
Part of the tour is sightseeing, but mainly it is walking.
