Tsaisha Cathedral

Tsaish Cathedral in Georgia (Tbilisi) is one of the most popular tourist attractions, which is currently owned by the Zugdidi and Tsaish dioceses, as well as one of the oldest episcopal sees in the country.
The restoration work in the temple began three decades ago, having received the blessing of Catholicos-Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II. The small, quiet and very neat Cathedral of the Assumption of Our Lady is surrounded by numerous palm trees, located away from the Zugdidi highway. Coordinates: 42°25'35"N and 41°48'41"E.
