Covalam has three beaches. The southernmost Lighthouse Beach. There is a lighthouse on the beach, which actually gave the beach its name. Full of restaurants, souvenir shops. There are lifeguards and guards on the beach. In the evenings, the waterfront Lighthouse Beach is filled with trays with seafood near coastal restaurants. The choice is huge, many in the evenings specially come to Lighthouse Beach for dinner with freshly caught seafood.
