Aqaba, Jordan

Description:

The majestic landscape of the Wadi Rum Desert in South Jordan is well known around the world. High cliffs of red sandstone and orange sand dunes amaze with their beauty and uniqueness. The desert covers an area of about 75 thousand hectares. On its territory there are many unique places popular among travelers.

One of these pearls is the Burda Bridge, located on the top of Mount Burda. This is a vivid example of the creation of the destructive force of nature, almost untouched by humanity. The arch resembling a bridge is part of a huge array of rocks. Its height is 35 meters. To get here, it will take more than one hour of serious effort. Having overcome all obstacles, tourists can enjoy the tranquility of boundless emptiness, admiring the vast expanses of the desert.

On the territory of Wadi Rum there are cafes and bars, as well as souvenir shops.
