Aldejjarfos Falls is located in northern Iceland. The special charm of this waterfall gives the contrast between black basaltic columns formed from the lava that once descended, and white foaming water.
The river Skjaulfandafljout, which originates on the northwestern border of the Vatnajokull glacier on the Icelandic plateau and flows north along the Sprengisandur road, falls here from a height of 20 meters.
