Barcelona sightseeing + Mount Tibidabo

A truly “review” tour during which we climb higher and higher every time to see Barcelona.

We will explore the main attractions of the city and the most interesting – we will climb to the highest point in the city – to the top of Mount Tibidabo, which is part of the Caycerola mountain range surrounding Barcelona. This will be an unforgettable addition to the usual sightseeing tour, so to speak, the “cherry on the cake” and the part of the tour that will bring truly unforgettable impressions.

And the lift in the Temple of the Sacred Heart, completed in the 60s, will allow us to climb to a height of 575 meters above sea level for real pleasure from the splendor of the views of the city.

It is not for nothing that the word Tibidabo is taken from the devil’s address to Jesus Christ during his forty-day fast in the desert. “...et dīxit illī haec tibi omnia dābō si cadens adōrāveris mē” means “All these things I will give you if you fall down and worship me.” Looking from the top of the mountain, you understand why it is called that way, and in your heart you agree that temptation is quite weighty.

And we will also explore the most important sights of the city, do not forget the main squares, and Rambla Boulevard, and Sagrada Familia, and Gaudí’s houses on Paseo de Gracia Boulevard and the observation deck on Mount Montjuic, where you can see the port of Barcelona, one of the largest ports in Europe.

After the tour, if desired, I will take you to a hotel or to the city center or recommend a restaurant with good cuisine.
