Five-hour sightseeing tour for the first acquaintance with the capital of Catalonia. With the city of Antonio Gaudí, Juan Miro and Pablo Picasso.
Our journey will begin with an ascent to Mount Montjuïc, where there is a citadel of the XVII century, the “Olympic Ring”, the National Museum of Art of Catalonia, the Museum of Joan Miro. From the mountain there are magnificent panoramic views of the city and the port. Then we will go down to the Eixample area, where we will walk along the Boulevard Gracia. Admire the famous houses in the quarter of discord (Manzana de la discordia): Leo Morera, Amalier, Ballo. We will continue our acquaintance with the architectural modernity at the houses of Mila and the house of Baron de Cuadras. We will visit the main masterpieces of the architect Antonio Gaudí: the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. In the Gothic Quarter we will walk through the narrow streets-labyrinths, where most of the buildings date from the XIV-XV centuries, and the Cathedral of St. Eulalia XIII-XV centuries. We will introduce you to the traditions of the Catalan capital, tell fascinating stories and urban legends. We will share secrets where you can eat tasty, shop and have an interesting time.
