Mount Montserrat

Mount Montserrat is a Spanish mountain with rather bizarre shapes and outlines. On the mountain there is a famous monastery with the same name.
The height of the mountain reaches 1.236 meters, its length is 10 kilometers. The view of the mountain is extremely unusual – the bald rocks that form the mountain look like idols.
Such an unusual mountain is shrouded in many legends. One of them says that once the mountain was visited by angels and sawed ee, decorated with various figures that gave the mountain an interesting look. And translated from Catalan, the word “montserrat” means “cut mountain”.
The mountain can be climbed by train, on foot or by cable car. The funiculars go to the top.
