Dosrius Castle

Dosrius Castle, unfortunately, has not survived to our days, and now there are ruins on the site of the once beautiful and powerful fortress.
North of the eponymous suburb of Dosrius, in the town of Maresme, on top of a hill located at an altitude of 246 meters above sea level, in the old days, the castle of Dosrius was built. At present, the fortress is in a completely destroyed state, and excursions are conducted on its territory in order to familiarize tourists with the residual archaeological monuments.
It is believed that the fortress was created in 1114 and until the XV century belonged to the brotherhood of St. Peter.
