Colbato is a small town in Catalonia, part of the province of Barcelona, located on the southern slopes of Mount Montserrat. From Barcelona to Colbato about 50 kilometers, you can get by car in about an hour.

The main attractions of the city begin at the entrance to the medieval center - this is the entrance gate in the Gothic style (Arc d'en Bros), then you can see the Cal Tutor - the Gothic manor in which the representative of the Abbey of Montserrat lived. Castell de Collbató is an ancient castle built in front of the mountains of Montserrat, unfortunately, only the remains of the watchtower have survived to this day.

The city hosts festivals "Feast of the Three Tombs" - at the end of March and "Flame of Canigou" - the arrival of flames uniting the cities of the Catalan language, "Night of Kings" - with a torch procession.
From the city of Kolbato, you can go on excursions to the mountains of Montserrat accompanied by professional tour guides who will be able to take us into the world of stories and legends. In the cave of Salnitre, you can walk 500 meters deep into the mountain and see stalactites, stalagmites and columns that have formed over many millennia.
The city of Kolbato is surrounded by various natural monuments and parks. There are pedes for trekking, cycling and hiking. Nearby is the Valls de l'Anoia Nature Reserve and the Sant Llorenche del Munt and L'Abaque Natural Park. Nature here is majestic and beautiful: dense forests of pine, oaks, strawberry trees, impregnable peaks of mountains, picturesque rocks.
