This building is famous for the fact that, according to legend, the royal couple twice hosted a reception in honor of Columbus. To the north of the Plaza de Potro is another beautiful square of Cordoba. In the XVII century it was built specifically for bullfighting. Today, another place in the city is reserved for bullfighting - on the Plaza de los Califas, in the modern part of Cordoba.
