Start at the center of the Costa del Sol of Malaga. The picturesque, cosmopolitan city of Malaga lies in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia. Malaga is a famous holiday destination with a variety of attractions such as beautiful beaches, architectural sites, and art museums. The city is also known as the birthplace of the artist Picasso.
The “western part of the Costa del Sol” refers to the area in the southwest of the province of Malaga, where such famous tourist centers as Benalmadena, Casares, Estepona, Fuengirola, Manilva, Marbella, Mijas and Torremolinos are located.
Torremolinos is the nearest resort town to Malaga. Hotels of various categories are located along a wide multi-kilometer beach, where tourists are waiting for numerous famous "chiringuitos" - open-air bars and restaurants with a large selection of seafood, fresh fish, national dishes of different countries of the world and all kinds of drinks. On San Miguel Street, a pedestrian zone has been created, where various shops, boutiques, souvenir shops, clubs and discos are concentrated.

Benalmadena is a resort famous for its wide multi-kilometer beaches of gray sand. The main attraction of the resort is Puerto Marino - a sports port and entertainment center with numerous discos, nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Fans of the underwater world will enjoy visiting the Sea Life aquarium. The famous amusement park Tiwoli World is also located in Benalmadane. Those who wish to do diving can do it in numerous specialized clubs.
Marbella is a symbol of luxury and comfort, the largest and most important tourist center on the Costa del Sol. An interesting old town with narrow streets and outdoor restaurants, a magnificent promenade, the residence of the Sheikh of Saudi Arabia, as well as 28 km of beaches with world names.
