The tour begins in the historic center of Marbella. We will walk through the Old Town with its narrow streets, white houses, flowering courtyards and hidden squares. We will go to the Square of Oranges - the heart of old Marbella, see ancient churches, fragments of Moorish walls and talk about how the city turned from a small Andalusian settlement into one of the most famous resorts in Europe.
Through the Alameda Park, decorated with bronze sculptures of Salvador Dali, we will reach the promenade. There is a different rhythm of the city - the sea breeze, palm trees, walks along the sea and life that always takes place in the open air.
The route continues by car. On the way to Puerto Banus, we will see the Piruli Lighthouse - one of the symbols of Marbella, the mosque of King Abdulaziz, as well as the Roman villa of Rio Verde with beautifully preserved ancient mosaics, reminiscent of the ancient history of this coast. We will stop at a panoramic site in the area of New Andalusia, which offers views of Marbella, the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar.
In Puerto Banus, we will walk around the famous port, consider luxury yachts, designer boutiques and squares, feel the atmosphere of a modern resort where the sea, architecture and lifestyle meet.
At the end of the tour, we will stop in San Pedro de Alcántara - a calmer and more authentic area of the coast with a cozy center and promenade. Here Marbella is revealed on the other side - more local, residential and leisurely.
