Ancient city of Capernau n

Capernaum is an ancient city located on the north side of the Sea of Galilee. It was founded more than two and a half thousand years ago, in Daamsk already in the 1st century, all kinds of goods were carried through it. However, its history is most interesting in connection with the special love for this place of Jesus Christ. Christ himself preached in the local synagogue, which made it the main attraction of the city, it was discovered in 1905 during excavations, at the same time the house of Peter, one of the 12 apostles, was found.
