Secrets of the Dead Sea

This tour will reveal the secrets of the Dead Sea. You’ll learn that it’s not just the saltiest. You will be surprised to learn that the mountains bordering this saltiest lake are on one side in Asia, and on the other in Africa. I will tell you about the main owners of the Judean desert-Nubian mountain goats and damans unlike any animal on Earth. We will touch the world of the Bible, because many of the events described in the Old and New Testaments took place here. We will visit the ancient village of Qumran, where I will talk about the Dead Sea Scrolls and their role in Christianity. On the cable car we will climb Mount Masada, where a fortress was built in ancient times, and later the palaces of King Herod.
