Galileo: Impressions have no limits!

In my comfortable car, we will go on an individual excursion to the north of our country to "discover" Galilee. And let’s start with the third most important after Jerusalem and Bethlehem holy Christian city – Nazareth. In this small town more than two millennia ago, the Archangel Gabriel brought the Good News to the Virgin Mary of the Immaculate Conception. We will visit two churches, Catholic and Orthodox, dedicated to this event. In the same city passed the childhood and youth of Jesus, here sounded “no prophet in his homeland.” Our way to Lake Kinneret. On the way you can see the delightful landscapes of the mountains of Galilee, alternating with the well-groomed fields of rural settlements. We will stop at the evangelical village of Cana of Galilee. Here Christ performed his first miracle, turning water into wine. And you can taste this wonderful wine, one of a kind, produced only here. Going down to the valley of the lake, we will visit Tabhu, the place of another miracle - the multiplication of bread. Here Jesus delivered the famous Sermon on the Mount. We will visit the city of Capernaum, where Christ performed his deeds and lived in the house of the future Apostle Peter. The disciples of Jesus were fishermen, so during lunch we will eat a delicious fish, which became known as St. Peter’s fish. Further, bypassing the village of Magdalu, the same one from which the famous Mary Magdalene originated, we will get to a major tourist center - Tiberias. Having a rich past, the city deserves a special visit. And we will finish our tour with a powerful chord of ritual bathing in the waters of the Jordan River.
