Netanya beaches
Description:
Israel’s largest resort city of Netanya is located on the Mediterranean coast. From Tel Aviv it is separated by about 30 km, and from Haifa about 60 km of a pleasant ride on a good highway. Netanya beaches, mostly sandy, are kept in perfect condition. The coastline of this pleasure is longer than even in Tel Aviv, stretching from north to south for almost 13.5 km. Entrance is free. The fee is only for the sun lounger. Access from May to October. There are:
Toilets, changing booths, showers and cafes.
- Sports grounds and sports simulators.
- Rent surfboards, kayaks, water motorcycles, banana riding.
- Small lagoons of artificial origin for bathing babies.
From Ben Gurion Airport to Netanya about 50 km
- Taxi. It's 300 shekels. About 35 minutes to town.
- The bus. Departs from Terminal 3 every 20 minutes, from 06.00 to 23.00, except Friday until 15.00 and Saturday until 19.00.
