From Christmas to Resurrection. As your personal guide, I would like to offer an excursion to the most important city of Christianity, Bethlehem, known primarily as the birthplace of Jesus Christ. First of all, we will visit the main shrine of Bethlehem - the Basilica of the Nativity of Christ, built, according to Christian tradition, on the birthplace of Jesus, by Emperor Constantine in the IV century. Attached to the Star of Bethlehem, we will move to the nearby Church of St. Catherine. The Church today is known, first of all, for the fact that every year it is from here that broadcasts the feasts of the Nativity of Christ to the whole world. And although this church is relatively “new”, it was built on the site of the ancient monastery of St. Jerome, one of the first translators of the Bible into Latin. The most intimate desires of women come true in the place where we will pass next is the Milk Church. You will find out why it is called so, and you can touch the places where the Virgin Mary dropped a few drops of milk while feeding the Child. And leaving Bethlehem, we will visit the evangelical Field of Shepherds, and the church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, who is considered by Christians to be the “senior” among the saints after the Virgin. In my comfortable car we will drive to the walls of the Old City, where after an easy walk we will enter the main shrine of Christendom - the Church of the Resurrection of the Lord. You will visit places familiar from the Gospel: Calvary, the Stone of the Anointing, the Tomb of Jesus in the cave where He was buried. Our tour will forever remain in your hearts as the most important event of high spirituality.
