Easter

Description:

Traditional Easter treat - hot buns
The traditional Easter treat is hot buns, these buns are decorated with a cross, and they are called Hot Cross Bun. This meal is considered mandatory before going to church. It is believed that these buns, baked specifically on Good Friday, have magical healing power. They are almost never covered with mold.

Today’s housewives, like many centuries ago, dry the buns and, when necessary, interpret them, mix them with milk or water and give them as medicine.

A very beautiful tradition for Easter holidays exists in some Cameroonian villages: residents decorate their houses, painting the walls in amazing drawings, while for painting they use a mixture of dirt and water.
