Park Rundle
2909 113th Ave, Edmonton, Canada
Description:
Randle Park is popular because it is still along the river where you can see the white layer of ash left over from the earthquake that occurred more than 7000 years ago in Edmonton.
Now Randle is a city park for family summer and winter holidays. The park has many walking and cycling paths, and there are also places for picnics. There are special grounds for golf, football, basketball and other sports games.
In the summer, you can take a boat ride on the river or swim in an artificial lake.
In winter, the park fills the skating rink in a covered room with a large fireplace, and in the open air there is a track for cross-country skiing.
