Hanlance Point Beach
Toronto, Canada, Downtown Toronto
Description:
Hanlan’s Point is a public city nudist beach located on the Toronto Islands on the shores of Lake Ontario.
The length of the beach line is 1 km. The official year of the opening of the beach is 2002.
Interestingly, before obtaining official status, the beach was also a favorite destination for nudists. So, a group of fans of sunbathing naked appealed to the authorities with a request to recognize the unnecessary presence of clothes on tourists on this beach (what is called “clothing optional”, that is, at will). As a result, the beach was divided into 2 parts, but it was the nudist part that became the most popular.
From Toronto to the beach there is a ferry, travel time is 15 minutes. On the beach there is everything for a full rest - barbecue grounds, volleyball, competitions. It is interesting that there is even a nude theater!
