Kensington Market

193 Baldwin St, Toronto, ON M5T 1L8, Canada

Description:

Kensington Market in Toronto is the largest flea market in the city, where you can find, perhaps, everything you want! The flea market itself is a kind of mini-town in which walls and even cars are painted with bright graffiti in the spirit of the hipp 60s of the XX century. There are also houses built in Victorian style. And don’t forget about the camera, there is something to take off!

Here you can find vintage clothes and jewelry, original shoes, hats with huge fields, many interesting books and cute household utensils. And the prices here, as in any normal flea market, are quite acceptable. The market is located in a multicultural area of the city, which, by the way, is also the oldest in Toronto.

Today’s market is also the center of Toronto’s cultural life, as the city’s bohemian poets, writers and artists gather here. It is also the home of street musicians.
