Scarborough Historical Museum

1007 Brimley Road, Toronto, Canada | Thomson Memorial Park

About the company:

Scarborough is a great place for both children and their parents. Although Scarborough is a museum, there are many things that distinguish it from a regular gallery. First of all, it is all about its visitors. All work is done free of charge. Even the amount of entrance and fees for excursions to the museum are not strictly regulated. Only donations are welcome.

The museum presents an exhibition that reflects the history of the origin of agriculture in Canada and its development. The museum has household items and tools that were used by the first feudal lords. There are also exhibits of an older period: the eighteenth and twentieth centuries. But that’s not all the museum has to offer. So, in order to better immerse yourself in history, the gardens of the nineteenth century were even recreated here.
