Located in Central Kenya, 140 km northwest of Nairobi, in the province of Rift Valley.

Description:

Lake Nakuru is located near the city of the same name. The area around the reservoir is recognized as a National Park and covers a total of about 188 square kilometers. At first it was a bird sanctuary. Now, in addition to birds, about 56 species of animals are protected, among which there is even a white rhinoceros. Millions of flamingos live here, which are considered the hallmark of the park.

In the park are giraffes, water goat, lions, leopards, pythons and other representatives of the fauna. All of them move freely around the park, in connection with which tourists are strictly forbidden to walk alone, and you can take walks on special transport. Separate areas have been created for photos and walking.
