Venetian monastery

Famous throughout the island, the monastery of Ayia Napa is located right in the center of the city. Its striking feature can be considered historical immutability, because, unlike many other similar buildings, Ayia Napa reached 2021 in a completely intact form. It never burned or collapsed, it never had to be rebuilt.
For some time the monastery was abandoned. Now it is used exclusively as a museum. It looks a lot like an old castle. There are many medieval coats of arms, figures of knights who are clothed in armor. It is also distinguished by the height of the walls.
