Lefkara is known all over the world for its lace and special type of silverware.
Take a look at the workshops where these works of folk art are created.
Walk through the old streets and go to the Church of the Honest Cross, built in the 14th century.
In this temple there is one of the great shrines - a silver cross with particles of the Holy Cross of the Lord gifted by Helena Equal to the Apostles.
The shrine is in the church, we will enter the church.
You will learn the history of the village and crafts and, of course, the history of the acquisition of the Honest Cross by Helena and the history of these particles in Cyprus.
