With a prayer for health and salvation. Departure from Limassol
Description:
Faith saves even from the most serious illness, and visiting shrines helps not only physical but also spiritual healing.
Traveling with tourists, I have repeatedly heard the stories of healings, improving the well-being of seriously ill and simply wonderful stories that happened to them during or after visiting the holy places in Cyprus - ancient monasteries and churches - guardians of Christian shrines: miraculous icons, holy relics, springs.
Visiting places where people flock with prayers for health and the salvation of their loved ones is the main mission of this tour.
On this trip I will be your guide to these holy places, and along the way I will tell the stories of the lives of the saints in the land of Cyprus and their spiritual exploits.
What we'll visit:
- The Church of St. Lazarus - Four-Day, which houses the relics of the saint and his tomb under the altar. This place is famous for healing many diseases.
- The monastery of St. Thekla, where the relics of the First Martyr are kept, and under the altar there is a holy spring that arose through the prayers of St. Helena. Many come to the monastery with prayers for the healing of skin diseases.
- St. John's convent. Heraclidia with a bed in a cave, where believers flock with prayers for healing, including from diseases of the spine.
- Monastery of St. Panteleimon - healer and prayer-giver for us, known throughout the Orthodox world. In the monastery is kept a particle of the relics of the saint.
The Church of St. Cyprian and St. Justina with the miraculous icon and relics of the saints. Holy intercessors save us from the influence of evil forces.
- The monastery of St. John Lampadiste, where the miraculous icon and relics of the saint are kept. People suffering from serious illnesses, including oncological diseases and diseases of the central nervous system, are sent to the monastery.
- The Monastery of the Virgin Trooditissa, in which the "belt of the Virgin" is stored and the miraculous icon is asked about the joy of childbirth.
On the way to the shrines of Cyprus, we will also make a stop near the Russian church “St. Andrew the First-Called and All Saints in Russia Shining”, where parts of the relics of Russian saints are stored: Matrona of Moscow, Luke of Crimea – saints, prayer workers and healers who became famous for their miracles and on the Cypriot land.
