Father's Day

Description:

Happy family.
Father’s Day is celebrated in China on the third Sunday of June. In China, it is customary to honor parents, especially the elderly. It is believed that one of the components of longevity in East Asia is an optimistic view of the world, generated by love and respect for loved ones.

Chinese gerontologists believe that in old age mental health is much more important than physical health. And in families where, instead of being bequeathed by Confucius, “three generations under one roof” live together for four or even five generations, the elderly have not only the best room and the main place at the table, but are also surrounded by universal veneration.
