Big Bear Park (Seven Star Park)

8号 Lu He Lu, Qi Xing Qu, Guilin, Guangxi, China

Description:

The Seven Star Park is the largest in Guilin. On its territory of 137 hectares, seven peaks rise, the location of which in a bizarre way resembles the constellation of the Great Bear.

The park is located on the banks of the Li River. Since ancient times, it was popular with high-ranking officials of China, who loved to relax here. During the reign of the Song dynasty, a covered bridge was built in the park, which has survived to this day.

One of the main attractions of the park is the Seven Star Cave. Consisting of their three levels, the cave invariably attracts many tourists who want to see the local beauty - stalactites and stalagmites, which are illuminated by the bright rays of installed spotlights.
