Tiger Park
Description:
Originally, the Amur Tiger Park in Harbin was created for the sole purpose of keeping and breeding endangered animals. Only then, ten years after the opening, it was decided to create a full-fledged tourist park, the profit of which will provide invaluable assistance in the development of this noble cause.
The northeastern (aka Amur) tiger is listed in the Red Book. In nature, they remained no more than a few hundred individuals. When the park opened, it contained only 8 tigers. Since then, much has changed and the park is now inhabited by more than 300 rare animals.
Today, the area of Tiger Park is 144 square kilometers. It is the largest park in the world dedicated to breeding the northeast tiger. The park is divided into 15 districts, you can see them all in one day only using transport.
