Description:
The radio and television tower of Harbin, known as the Dragon Tower, is 336 meters high and is one of the main attractions of the city. In addition to its main functions (broadcasting television programs, radio communication), it is very popular as a tourist destination. It offers a magnificent panorama of the city, here you can have fun and have a snack in the restaurant. It is the highest in Asia and the second highest in the world.
Against the background of the Dragon TV Tower, the neighboring 35-40-storey skyscrapers seem miniature. At an altitude of 180 meters there is an observation deck, and especially bold ones can walk there on a glass path. Just above the observation deck is a revolving restaurant. Two more sites are located at an altitude of 190 and 203 meters, from here opens a magnificent panorama of Harbin.
The first floors of this high-rise structure are occupied by an exposition, which presents wax figures of Chinese emperors and warriors, great people of China, numerous cafes, souvenir stalls and even pharmacies. The Dragon Tower is especially beautiful in the evening, when it is brightly illuminated by numerous floodlights.
