This museum was founded in 2008.
The museum in Tongzhou exhibits about two thousand exhibits, such as paintings, calligraphy, sculptures, painted ceramics, works of folk crafts. In the near future, it is planned to exhibit another three thousand exhibits.
The museum consists of three floors, on each of which there is a large number of exhibition space. It invites tourists to admire the many works of art, descriptions of which are available in Chinese and English.
Entrance to the Tongzhou Art Museum is free.
