In 2003, the World of Peace contest was held in Sanya for the first time, and a special cultural and exhibition center was built for this international event, called the Beauty Crown. The complex, with a total area of more than 10,000 square meters, is able to accommodate about 4,000 spectators! And the building itself resembles a crown, hence the name - "Crown of Beauty". For the first time, it opened its doors for connoisseurs of female beauty on December 6, 2003, and later came in handy for other equally large-scale events: the Silk Road model contest, Elite Model, and the final of the Miss Bikini Show 2010. Despite the fact that for more than 2 years there are no major events, every evening we can witness the incendiary show “Las Vegas” – a mixture of musical, dance and circus numbers, performances of the Ukrainian troupe and Chinese acrobats.
