About the origin of Mount Luheitou (people often say “Mount Olenich”), Li has a beautiful legend.

Once upon a time there lived in China a very evil and very greedy landowner. Once he wanted to please a high landlord and decided to give him deer horns. The landowner himself did not know how to hunt and forced his servant, a brave young man, A Hay, to go hunting and get him a cherished gift.

He went to the mountains, but he could not shoot an arrow at the noble animal. Pity and compassion settled in the heart of the hunter. The servant returned empty-handed.

The landlord became very angry with him and in a rage threw the valiant mother, and Haye into prison. There is nothing to do, the young man went back to the woods for prey to rescue the poor mother. He walked along the path and saw a beautiful deer that was fleeing from a ferocious leopard. The predator almost caught up with the unfortunate deer, and the guy without thinking twice, pulled the bowstring and shot the predator, knocking him down with the first blow. And the deer disappeared. He sat down, and Hay on the rock, remembered his mother, and it was hard for him. The dream caught the young man, and when he woke up, he saw a whole herd of deer grazing and walking on the lawn. Among them was a beautiful deer, saved, and Hayem. The hunter remembered his mother and picked up the bow, and the deer threw themselves apart.

And Hay went after the most beautiful deer. For a long time he pursued the deer day and night, ran after him through the mountains, forests and fields, and finally overtook on the shore of Sanya Bay. There was only a boundless blue sea ahead, and the deer had nowhere to run. And Hay pulled a bow and was about to shoot an arrow when suddenly the deer turned and turned into a beautiful girl. The young man in surprise dropped the bow and sadly descended to the ground. A deer girl, learning of the trouble, Haye, asked her deer brothers to help the brave young man. They saved his mother and punished the evil landlord.

It is this deer, by the way, representatives of the Li people consider their ancestor. And in connection with the mentioned legend, Luhuitou Park has many places associated with loyalty, love and family values. There is a big hieroglyph "Love", where you can hang a ribbon to fulfill your wishes, as well as fasten two locks in honor of your love. A little further away is the tree of love, on which you can hang two paper hearts with their own names. Nearby there is an alley of lovers, where you can walk, take pictures and release white pigeons into the sky. And at the highest point there is a statue of a girl and a deer, who ran to the edge and saw the sea, turned his head back.
