Tropical Marine World is China’s first large tropical ocean park. It was opened in 2000. Here is a huge collection of rare species of trees and plants from all over Hainan, as well as a delightful tropical flower garden. In the park grow exotic fruits that are allowed to taste.
A small oceanarium was opened in the Tropical Marine World, the inhabitants of which were long-lived sea turtles, the oldest of which is about 800 years old, and more than 400 interesting species of fish. In the aquarium there is a Museum of shells and a theme park for children “Island of myths”. There are also underwater cruises on Yalunwan Bay.
To date, the Tropical Maritime World has become one of the most popular attractions of the island.
