in the central part of the Industrial Park
Description:
Jinji Lake is a small freshwater lake of natural origin, located in the central part of the Suzhou Industrial Park and known for its beauty. "Jinji" literally translates from Chinese as "Lake of the Golden Rooster" - according to legend, the lake is closely associated with this sacred animal, images of which can be found on Chinese vases and dishes.
The lake covers an area of 7.18 square kilometers, and its average depth is approximately 2.5 to 3 meters. There are two artificial islands on the lake, and its shores are so picturesque that many tourists from all over the world come to admire this view. Some tourists hire a special bus and take a tour around the lake to get a full impression of its beauty.
Those who are tired of walking can relax in one of the many bars or restaurants located along the shore of the lake. Many of them are very high class. The area of Jinji is considered prestigious for living and business, so the lake is surrounded by skyscrapers - in the evening their lights shine, reflected in the dark water, and in coastal restaurants you can hear national music.
