Guaymaral Airport is located in the suburbs of the city of Bogota, near the cities of Chia and Cota. It serves general-purpose flights, international and domestic, as well as military flights. The airport ranks second among all Colombian airports. Private pilot training schools "Adevia", "Aeroclub de Colombia", "Aeroandes" operate on the territory of the airport.
Guaymaral Airport is home to a counter-narcotics unit of the Colombian National Police, as well as UH-60 and Bell 212 helicopters. The airport has an online board of departure and arrival, flight schedule, there are two passenger terminals of domestic and international flights.
