Here we can see a large number of representatives of the local flora and fauna, walk to the pearl of the park - ceiba - a tree that amazes with its giant size, as well as enjoy incredible landscapes and views of the volcano itself! Arenal volcano is the youngest and most active of Costa Rica's seven active volcanoes (Poas, Irasu, Miraveyes, Orosi, Rincon de la Vieja and Turrialba). It has a height of 1657 meters above sea level and together with Lake Arenal is part of the national park of the same name.
