Las Terracas is an “adventure” reserve of tropical nature. A worthy place for surfing and kiting, cycling, equestrian sports, trekking, speleotourism, photo tourism.
Among other entertainments - swimming in the river, making its way among boulders of various sizes and forming many small waterfalls, air tours on suspended ropes, bathing in natural pools, watching exotic birds. No less intriguing is the search for lobsters inhabiting coral-covered grottoes.
In Las Terrasas, for the first time in Cuba, an eco-friendly hotel and resort complex appeared, the services of which can be used to this day.
Also here you can visit the old cigar factory and liquor factory, which since 1892 manually produce "Guayabita del Pinar" - a kind of alcoholic drink, which is one of the distinctive products of this province.
