Trakai is a city among lakes.
Not far from Vilnius is one of the remarkable cities of Lithuania – Trakai. A city with an amazing landscape and the legendary Trakai Castle. The ancient village arose in the Middle Ages, when two castles were built there. Then Trakai was a strong and majestic residence of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Trakai Old Town is located on a peninsula among three lakes. An amazing red brick castle was built on an island in the middle of a beautiful lake.
This is a one-day tour, on the way to the castle, we pass through Vilnius.
We leave Riga at 8:00 and return at 23:00.
