Pretti Bay Beach

In the bay of the city of Birzebbuja in the southeast of Malta there is an uncrowded beach of Pretti Bay.
Pretty Bay means “Beautiful Beach”, which justifies the name.
By the way, fine white sand was not always here. It was raised from the bottom of the sea during the construction of the Malta Freeport offshore zone. As a result, the sand was poured on the rocky shore of Birzebbuja Bay. Now on the site of the once rocky coast is a small quiet beach.
On Pretti Bay, visitors are always offered sunbeds and umbrellas for rent.
