Museum of the Objeto del Objeto

The Museum del Objeto del Objeto is dedicated to communication and design and was founded as the first of its kind throughout the country.

The museum building is located near the city center and is based in a house built in 1906 in the Art Nouveau style.

The museum was opened in 2010 and its first exhibition presented various types of packaging of commercial products, graphics, advertising and propaganda.

To date, the museum has a collection of more than 30,000 exhibits depicting the period from 1810 to the present time and collected over more than forty years by the founder of the museum Bruno Newman throughout the country. Vivid representatives of artifacts are, for example, a beer advertisement from 1890, foil containers or a bottle of soda of the same years.

In addition to direct exhibitions, the museum organizes thematic conferences, meetings and seminars, during which you can get acquainted and better understand the phenomenon of design and communication through the promotion of brands and the impact of advertising on everyday life.
