Abkhazia intends to simplify the entry of Russians
Organized tourists will be easier to enter Abkhazia. This information was voiced by TASS Deputy Chairman of the State Security Service of Abkhazia, head of the border detachment Rustam Latipov.
The reason is the expected growth of tourist flow against the background of the main closed destinations.
Formally, the change is small: tourist groups on the border with Abkhazia will check the documents inside the buses.
Even the introduced measure will save time for tourists and speed up the passage of the border.
In recent years, up to 10 million people and more than two million vehicles in both directions cross the Psou checkpoint annually.
Rospotrebnadzor has officially released tourists returning from Abkhazia from tests and repeated tests for coronavirus.
