Aeroflot and Russia adjust flight program to Spain, Germany, France, Italy
The airline "Aeroflot" announced the "adjustment" of the flight program to Italy, France, Germany, Spain. Flights will be suspended from March 13 to April 30.
Flights from Moscow to Europe are closed:
Spain: Alicante, Valencia, Malaga, Tenerife. Palma de Mallorca
France: Marseille, Lyon, Nice.
Germany: Düsseldorf, Dresden, Hamburg, Hanover, Stuttgart.
Italy: Milan, Venice, Naples, Verona, Bologna.
There will be flights from Moscow to Moscow Rome. Paris. Madrid. Barcelona. BerlinMunich, Frankfurt, from St. Petersburg - to Paris, Barcelona, Munich, Berlin.
An exception is made for Tenerife: due to the large number of Russians currently on the island, flights will continue on March 13-20 to return passengers to their original destination.
March 13 - April 30 stop flights of the subsidiary airline "Russia" to / from St. Petersburg to Nice (France), Dusseldorf, Hamburg (Germany).
Passengers with tickets for canceled flights with departure dates from March 13 to April 30, 2020 (inclusive) without penalties can:
to issue a refund and receive the full cost for the purchased ticket;
change the flight once for any date not later than December 31, 2020 inclusively, while maintaining the original points of departure / destination and class of service;
change the route for any Aeroflot flights with departure no later than December 31, 2020 without a penalty for re-registration.
Aeroflot reminded about the possibility to change the route and travel dates for tourists with tickets for flights to / from the cities of China, South Korea, Iran, Israel, Italy, Germany, France, Spain without penalties.
Passengers with tickets to these destinations issued before March 10, 2020 (inclusive) for Aeroflot flights with departure dates from March 11 to May 31, 2020 (inclusive) can:
once change the flight to another date no later than December 31, 2020 (inclusive) with the preservation of the original points of departure / destination and class of service;
change the route for any flights of Aeroflot with departure no later than December 31, 2020 without a penalty for re-registration, but in compliance with other rules for the application of tariffs (fee difference may be paid additionally).
Passengers with tickets to / from Italy, Israel, and on canceled flights to / from the city of China (including Hong Kong), South Korea, Iran, with departure dates from March 10 to May 31, 2020 inclusive, are allowed to:
issue a forced refund and receive the full cost for the purchased ticket (including after a single re-issuance).
Cancellation of seats must be made not later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.
