Aeroflot Allows Late Passengers on Flights in Russia to Change Tickets for Free
The airline "Aeroflot" allowed to change economy class tickets for flights in the Russian Federation free of charge, if the passenger applied no later than half an hour after the departure of the aircraft.
Aeroflot cancels the fee for making changes to economy class tickets in all domestic destinations. The rule applies to all economy class tickets purchased from October 16, 2020, with the departure date indicated on the ticket until March 25, 2021 inclusive.
The company informs that amendments to the contract of air carriage of a passenger without charging a fee are possible subject to the re-issuance of a fully or partially unused air ticket.
The passenger must apply at the place of purchase of the ticket or at the Aeroflot contact center not later than 30 minutes after the departure time indicated on the ticket.
