Charters from Russia to Egypt will be available through Israel

Tour operator "Pegas Touristik" is going to open the sale of tours from the cities of Russia to the resorts of Egypt with a flight by the airline Nordwind to the airport of Ovda (Israel).

Director of the tour operator "Pegas Touristik" Anna Podgornaya says that the proposal was prepared at the request of travelers.

The program with departure from Moscow is scheduled for December 5, from other cities - in the 20s of this month. Rest is planned in the resorts of Taba, Dahab, Nuweiba.

Experts of the tourism market are confident that package tours to the resorts of Egypt with a flight through Ovda airport will be more comfortable and economical in comparison with trips on regular flights through Cairo and third countries.

Air traffic between Egypt and Russia stopped in the fall of 2015 after the crash over the Sinai aircraft airline "Kogalymavia", which was flying on the route Sharm el-Sheikh - St. Petersburg.

In October, Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about an agreement with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to restore full regular flights between the two countries. The two leaders "discussed the issue of charter flights to popular tourist destinations in Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh among Russians."
