Complaints about the quality of rest were most often expressed this summer season by tourists returning from the Russian Black Sea resorts – the Krasnodar Territory and the Crimea.
Most often, people were dissatisfied with “... inadequately high prices, disloyal attitude to guests ... Large hotel complexes sometimes denied tourists early check-in – even for a surcharge,” says one of the representatives of the tourist market.

In 2020, in a situation of large-scale lockdowns, closure of borders and a virtual lack of choice, people rejoiced at any opportunity to go on a trip.
