Experts have compiled a rating of the most popular cities for long-term hotel reservations, where tourists stay for a period of three weeks.
The leader in the number of orders is Moscow, which accounts for 60% of bookings. Basically, travelers choose economical hotels, where the average cost of a room is about two thousand rubles per night.
In second place is St. Petersburg, where 11% of tourists prefer to stay for a long time. The average price per night in a hotel in the Northern capital is 3.3 thousand rubles.
The third place is occupied by Sochi, where four percent of travelers plan to visit for more than three weeks. Here, the average cost of living is 8.5 thousand rubles per day.
More than 2% of tourists choose Krasnodar and Anapa for a long holiday. In Krasnodar, the average price per night is about five thousand rubles, in Anapa - 2.7 thousand.
Among foreign destinations, Phuket and Pattaya are leading, with more than 10% of Russians going for more than three weeks. The average cost of a room in Phuket is four thousand rubles a day, in Pattaya - six thousand.
Also, 3% of tourists prefer long-term trips to Dubai, where they stay in more expensive hotels, paying an average of about 25 thousand rubles per night.
