The results of the survey: what Russians are not satisfied with at domestic resorts?
The insurance company Rosgosstrakh and the service Big Country conducted a survey of Russians to determine the level of satisfaction of Russians with the tourism sector.
40% of Russians believe that the service in Russian resorts has many shortcomings, of which more than half (66%) are dissatisfied with high housing prices, 43% - the state of rented housing and hotels.
53% of our compatriots are generally satisfied with the service.
Other complaints of participants are problems with transport accessibility (37%), poor quality of food and service (35%), lack of infrastructure for a variety of recreation (31%).
According to the survey results, the majority of respondents (91%) travel in Russia, of which 80% choose to travel by plane, 45% by train and 27% by car.
When choosing housing, 70% of Russians prefer to stay in mid-price hotels, 12% rent apartments or rooms from local residents.
A quarter of tourists faced problems in finding housing after leaving foreign services.
35% of travelers believe that the level of resorts in Russia has increased in the last few years, 27% of respondents believe that it is the same.
