Igor Deldyuzhov says that according to Rosaviation, Aeroflot currently lacks about 300 flight personnel. This year, the airline intends to increase the fleet of aircraft by 44 units, that is, it will need another 242 crews or 484 pilots.
It turns out that, given the retirement of age pilots and the departure of specialists abroad in the Aeroflot group, the shortage of pilots may be more than 800 people.
